EcoFizz explained: delivery, deposit and returns
The current facts about EcoFizz, in case you've read something out of date: where we deliver, what it costs, when there's a deposit and how cylinders go back.

Where we deliver
Across mainland Spain, to your door or a GLS ParcelShop. We started in Barcelona and have delivered across the mainland since June 2026. We don't reach the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
How to order
On the website or in the EcoFizz app (iOS and Android); it's the same account. You choose a one-time order or a subscription and how many cylinders you want, in pairs, 2 to 10. With a subscription you also choose how often (every 1 to 12 weeks).
What it costs
One-time order: 17 € per cylinder. Subscription: 16 € per cylinder. VAT, delivery and the return of your empties are included.
The deposit
Only one-time orders carry a deposit: 12 € per cylinder. When we receive your empty, it comes back as EcoFizz account credit, applied automatically to your next order; it isn't a card refund.
A subscription carries no deposit. It's only charged if a cylinder isn't returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returning cylinders
On a subscription, you return your empties within 30 days of each delivery. On a one-time order, the deposit comes back as credit as soon as we receive the empty.
Either way, hand them to the courier at your next delivery, or drop them at a GLS ParcelShop with the prepaid label or QR code we email you. Returns are included in the price.
Who refills the cylinders
We refill them with food-grade CO₂ in La Roca del Vallès, near Barcelona. Every cylinder goes back there for its next refill, so it never leaves Spain.
Which machines
Machines that take standard threaded cylinders, including many SodaStream models. Quick Connect machines are not supported.

Is EcoFizz only available in Barcelona?
No. We started in Barcelona, but we've delivered across mainland Spain since June 2026.
Do I need the app to order?
No. You can order on the website or in the app; it's the same account.
Does a subscription carry a deposit?
No. The deposit applies only to one-time orders and comes back as credit when we receive the empty. On a subscription it's only charged if a cylinder isn't returned within 30 days.
Do cylinders have to go back within 30 days?
On a subscription, yes: you return your empties within 30 days of each delivery, to the courier at your next delivery or at a GLS ParcelShop. On a one-time order, the deposit comes back as credit as soon as we receive the empty.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, with no minimum term.
Is there a minimum order?
Cylinders are ordered in pairs: 2 to 10 per order.
