Privacy policy

EcoFizz processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected: contact details, delivery address, payment data, and order and subscription history.

Data is used only to provide EcoFizz services and is not sold.

Product analytics (website and mobile apps). With your consent on the website, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU cloud at eu.posthog.com) to understand how customers use EcoFizz — for example pages or screens viewed, checkout steps, and successful sign-in. When first prompted you can accept everything, allow product analytics only, or refuse everything; if you refuse analytics, no analytics data is sent from your browser. Our iOS and Android apps may send similar usage events when analytics is enabled in your app version.

Analytics may include: pseudonymous identifiers after sign-in, routes or screens viewed, checkout and order-detail events, app version, and platform (web, iOS, or Android). We do not sell this data. PostHog processes it on our behalf as a data processor.

Advertising measurement (website only). If you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure which advertisements lead to orders. These set cookies in your browser and share data with Meta and Google, who act as independent controllers for their own purposes. When you complete a purchase we also report that purchase to Meta from our own server (the Conversions API), including your email address, phone number, and delivery city and postcode in hashed form. If you refuse advertising cookies, no advertising tag is loaded, no advertising cookie is stored, and no purchase is reported to Meta or Google.

Our own attribution record. Where you allow analytics, we store the campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (for example utm_source, or an advertising click identifier) alongside your order in our own database, so we can see which channel produced a sale. This record stays with us and is not shared with Meta or Google.

Legal basis: consent for web analytics and advertising cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22 LSSI); legitimate interest in improving our service for app analytics where permitted. Retention follows our PostHog project settings (typically up to 12 months for event-level data).

To withdraw or change your consent on the web, use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer at any time, or clear site data for ecofizz.es. Withdrawing advertising consent also deletes the advertising cookies already stored in your browser. To exercise GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion), contact support@ecofizz.es.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
