Terms and conditions

EcoFizz is an independent CO₂ cylinder refill and exchange service founded in Barcelona, Spain.

Pricing: EUR 19 per cylinder for one-time orders (VAT, delivery & return shipping included). EUR 18 per cylinder for subscription refills (VAT, delivery & return shipping included).

Cylinders must be ordered in pairs. A refundable EUR 10 deposit per cylinder (VAT included) is added at checkout. This amount will be fully refunded to the same payment method as soon as we receive your empty cylinder. If a cylinder is not returned, the deposit is retained as compensation for the loss of company property.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no minimum commitment.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be waived under Spanish law.
