Terms and conditions

EcoFizz is an independent CO₂ cylinder refill and exchange service founded in Barcelona, Spain.

The service is provided by ECOFIZZ GESTION, S.L., NIF B27543651, with its registered office in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: support@ecofizz.es.

Pricing: EUR 17 per cylinder for one-time orders (VAT, delivery & return shipping included). EUR 16 per cylinder for subscription refills (VAT, delivery & return shipping included).

Cylinders must be ordered in pairs. A deposit of EUR 12 per cylinder is added at checkout for one time orders. This amount is returned as EcoFizz account credit as soon as we receive your empty cylinder, applied automatically to your next order, not as a card refund. If you stop using EcoFizz for good, you can ask us to refund the deposit for the EcoFizz cylinders you return instead. Empty threaded cylinders from other brands, in good condition, earn EUR 12 of account credit each; that credit can only be used on EcoFizz orders and is not refunded. Subscriptions will not be charged a deposit, but the same number of cylinders will need to be returned at the next delivery or within 7 days of it, or within 7 days of cancelling or pausing the subscription. If a cylinder is not returned, the deposit is retained as compensation for the loss of company property.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no minimum commitment.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be waived under Spanish law.
